What to send for failed renders

Use the support package link on the project page, then include the project ID and render ID in the email.

The support package includes the project, ledger summary, job artifacts, and provider readiness state without exposing plaintext provider keys.

For provider-key errors, include the provider name and last test status. Do not send plaintext provider keys by email.
